This Premium Poly Felt Underlay Pad Custom Cut to fit your ironing board is perfect for adding extra cushioning under your existing ironing board cover. These replacement pads which are manufactured right here in the USA, are constructed of dense, needle-punched polyester felt and will withstand the hottest temperature of any household iron. They are far superior to other, lesser quality pads and have the added convenience of staying on your board even when you switch covers. We suggest that you select the 6mm (1/4 inch) pad if your board has a mesh surface as it will prevent mesh marks on your garments. The 3mm pad works best with solid surface boards, such as wooden top boards. If you want a super plush surface you can combine a 3mm and 6mm pad. We custom cut to the size and shape of your board from a tracing you provide OR we will gladly send a rectangular piece for you to cut to the size and shape you desire.
